How to Host a spontaneous Twilight DVD Release Party
Talk to your party-loving sister on Friday and find out she’s having a Twilight party.
Decide you really want to go to hers but since she lives 5 hours away and you are the only member of the Primary Presidency in town this weekend and can’t miss church on Sunday, decide to host your own party.
Call her several times while at Walmart to get details on what she’s doing so you can copy her.
Have your kids invite some friends.
Invite some of your own friends.
Instead of heading to Walmart at midnight on Friday to buy the DVD, sleep in and head to Target the next morning.
Be glad you made that decision after hearing about the cat fights that broke out over the DVD shortage at Walmart.
Make some cupcakes.
Pop some popcorn.
Decorate the house in red, black, and white. Don’t forget the apples!
You party looked awesome! I like your pictures!!! We were at Walmart at midnight, but the line was too long. On the way home we stopped at Blockbuster, walked right in and bought the movie with no line.
Our party was very fun. I am going to post about it this week!!!
What a fun thing to do! I was glad I bought my copy at Target because it came with a digital copy for my iPod. Very exciting for me. 🙂 So really, who needs WalMart, right???

WE bought our movie at WalMart on Saturday afternoon … no problem. It was just my husband, one daughter and me. OF course the only one who never saw it was the husband and he was HIGHLY disappointed.
Your Twilight party looked fun too! Isn’t it fun to fill a room with Twilight fans? I can’t wait to throw the NewMoon party. I may steal your cupcake idea. Too bad you didn’t live closer then you could borrow our Edward stand up.
